What is the best cabin on the ship of fantasy, planning going to western carribean . also do you feel the waves of the ocean much . never been on the ocean .. Thank you

    Hi, Ann!

The "best" stateroom on the Disney Fantasy -- in my opinion -- is the Concierge Royal Suite with Verandah. They are the very finest types of suites with the most spacious quarters and are all Category R, located on Deck 12, Forward.

An unparalleled combination of luxury, personal attention and sophistication come together in the Royal Suites — featuring an opulent bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a dining salon, expansive media library, pantry and wet bar. The Art Deco décor incorporates fine artwork, vintage Disney hallmarks, elegant furnishings and signature services to take your cruise to a whole other level.

Yet, the "best" stateroom for any guest on any Disney ship is one which matches the guest's expectations in terms of amenities, space, location and fare. Therefore, when selecting your stateroom, take note of the categories. They designate the different types of rooms, or can indicate different deck locations within these types. The Compare Staterooms Page offers convenient side-by-side comparisons to help you see the differences and decide on the room that's best for you.

Typically, you will feel the waves of the ocean on higher-level decks more so than in the center of the ship on a lower deck, and you'll feel more movement on longer stretches in the open water rather than short travels between ports of call. I hope that all helps you plan. Let me know if you think of other questions for me.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
