Let's get your vacation bibbidi bobbidi booked, Chris! Welcome to planDisney where we help demystify the vacation planning process. It should be relatively easy to book three hotel rooms and a variety of tickets, and I'd be happy to connect you with information and resources to make that happen. Let's dive in and explore your options before the clock strikes midnight!
Any time a guest asks about booking multiple rooms I highly encourage them to
call the Hotel Reservations line and speak with a Cast Member. You can book rooms one at a time on the
Disney World website, but the easiest way to do multiple rooms is to speak with a Cast Member and describe your booking situation. The person you speak with will be able to look at availability for you and help document room preferences, like if you would like to have connecting or adjoining rooms at your resort. Just remember that Cast Members will do their best to accommodate these preferences, but they cannot be guaranteed.
While you're on the phone, you can discuss turning some or all of these room reservations into
vacation packages that include two or more days of park tickets. It seems like you're asking if different room reservations can have differing ticket types, and the answer is yes. Everyone assigned to a particular room will need to have the same vacation package, but each room can be different, just as if you had booked it yourself using the Build Your Vacation tool on the Walt Disney World website. Room A might have a family of 4 with a vacation package with 4 days of park tickets, while Room B has grandparents who only want 2 days of tickets, and Room C has an aunt and uncle who will be enjoying a resort-only stay with no theme park tickets. Flexibility is the name of the game, and Cast Members would be delighted to assist you with your booking.
Your January visit will be a perfect way to ring in the new year, and you might arrive just in time to catch the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. This offering ran from January 16th through February 23rd in 2026, so stay tuned to see when it will return in 2027! I was lucky enough to attend this year and I was positively awed by the Disney on Broadway exhibit, the delicious food and snack offerings, and the incredible artistry that was on display! My friend and I even got to see Disney Legend Susan Egan perform as part of the Disney on Broadway Concert Series, so this event truly is a can't miss experience.
I hope this information fits like a glass slipper and makes planning your vacation simple and stress-free. If you have more questions between now and your travel date, please reach out and ask! We love sharing our experiences and expertise with our fellow guests.
Stay magical,
Scott
