What is the best way to book a split stay? Do I need to book two separate trips? And can you send a notification when the free dining plan is offered?

    Hi, Dana!

With so many amazing resorts to choose from, a fun option is to choose two! When you do a split stay for your vacation, you will need to book two separate reservations. At the end of your first stay, you can have your luggage transferred to your second resort. Remember that you must check out of your first resort by 11am and your next room may not be ready until 3pm so plan your day accordingly.

Free Dining is definitely a guest favorite! You will want to keep checking the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts to see if you can book this great deal for your travel dates. To include the Disney Dining Plan, you need to include your room and theme park tickets in a Magic Your Way package. Not all resorts and travel dates will be available, so read the fine print of the offer when booking.

I hope you find the perfect offer and resort(s) for your magical Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
