Hi Nick!
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by to see us again as you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!
Nick, the best way to start your vacation planning is to
contact your travel agent for assistance with resort reservations and purchasing theme park tickets. While your travel agent will help you to make those reservations, I encourage you to take a peek at the
Walt Disney World Resort website to start thinking about where you'd like to stay and familiarize yourself with some of the rides and attractions offered so you can best plan your days in the theme parks.
When I'm planning my vacation, I always like to start by choosing my resort. With more than two dozen options in the
Disney Resorts Collection, there is something for everyone to enjoy! There are also several benefits to staying on property such as Early Theme Park Entry which allows you to enter the parks 30 minutes before they officially open to everyone else. You'll also enjoy complimentary transportation between your resort, the theme parks, and
Disney Springs! One of my favorite options is
Disney's Contemporary Resort. I especially love the proximity to
Magic Kingdom Park and the great dining options which include
Chef Mickey's, Steakhouse 71, and
California Grill. I also really like
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort with its palm trees, beaches, and laid-back atmosphere. Perhaps the best feature here though is the convenient access to the Disney Skyliner. Using this gondola-style transportation, you can glide through the sky like Mary Poppins to
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios!
Nick, I hope this is helpful as you start to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Please know you are always welcome to be our guest here at planDisney and we hope you stop by again with any other questions you have in the future!
See ya real soon,
Kristi
