What is the best way to book multiple hotel rooms at Disney that I can guarantee be close to each other? Its 2 separate families and payments. Should we book together and let them know before hand or just let them know when we arrive and book separately?

    Hi Nicolette!

How wonderful to hear that you will be traveling with friends and/or family! Typically when my family and I visit the Walt Disney World Resort, we travel with multiple families and we always request that our rooms be assigned close to each other. Each family can make their own reservation and then one of you can simply call 1 (407) 939-5277 and advise the Cast Member that all of you will be traveling together and would like the rooms close to each other. Be sure to have all of the confirmation numbers on hand as they will request this information. Another option would be for you to make the reservations and provide each party's payment information and the Cast Member can place a request to have the rooms close. Keep in mind that if one family chooses a "Preferred Room" and the other chooses a "Standard Room", you may not have the rooms assigned close to each other. Also, room requests are not guaranteed. Hope this helps!
