What is the best way to book for a large party needing multiple rooms?

Hi Alexa, and welcome to planDisney!

The more, the merrier makes any Walt Disney World Resort vacation that much more exciting! You all will be creating some beautiful memories that will be discussed for years.

To book multiple rooms, you have a couple of options. You can book each room individually online (one after the other). Once the reservations are made, you can call to request that the rooms are placed in the same general vicinity. Though the request isn’t guaranteed, it does not hurt to ask, as I have had more than a few requests come through for us. Depending the number of rooms you will need, another option would be to call Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to get assistance with booking the multiple rooms and while you are on the line, make any requests you desire.

Because you will have so many accompanying you on this journey, ensure that everyone is included on your Family & Friends list on your My Disney Experience mobile app. Also, everyone should download the mobile app so that everyone is on the same page as far as the planning goes. And lastly, be sure to make your plans as early as possible and make your theme park reservations to visit the theme parks on the days you desire.

Please let us know if you have additional questions; we would love to help you plan your big Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your family.

    Have a magical gathering!
