What are the best attractions for a baby boy age 16 months? We will be traveling with his mom, dad, and grandmother

Maggie, this age is so hard to predict when it comes to their reactions to new stimuli.  My grandson who is almost this exact age just left us after spending four days in the parks.  He absolutely was in love with the fireworks and parades but was not a very patient child during long dinners.

Most of the Fantasyland attractions in the Magic Kingdom are great such as Its a Small World but others were also successful for him such as Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion.  I think you will have to judge what is good for your son once you are there and see his moods and his reactions to all the different stimuli.

He also loved Animal Kingdom and especially the Lion King Show....he never stopped dancing!  Finding Nemo and Imagination in EPCOT were big hits and he never had a chance to hit Hollywood Studios but there are some great attractions there as well such as Playhouse Disney.

You can click HERE to get to the attraction page and then click on RECOMMENDED AGES on the left side. Check the correct age group and it will filter a nice listing of all park attractions that Disney feels are age appropriate as well.
