what is the best advice you can give on how much time to wait after eating a meal before going on a ride such as river rapids or space mountain dont want to get sick if you know what I mean

Sheri sometimes those thrill rides can leave one a little woozy. Some riders, like my teenage son, could eat before, during, and after blasting about Space Mountain with no problems while others turn slightly green just thinking about such a journey. Personally my best advice is to eat after you ride whenever your legs stop wobbling, your head is no longer spinning, and your stomach is calm and hungry. If you are prone to motion sickness don't eat before you board. Fast movement and a full tummy do not mix. Enjoy every thrilling, speeding attraction you can!
