Hello there, Kelly!
It’s so nice to meet you, and thank you for visiting us at planDisney. I’m so happy to hear you have a November visit. So does my family, and we are already so excited!
In my experience, I’ve been told that any Guests listed under your reservation will have the same entitlements as each other, start to finish. This means that your additional Guest can be added to your reservation at a later time, but they will be factored into the total cost as if they were arriving at the same time as you are, on November 1, 2025. If your additional child is
over the age of 18, then I recommend having them book a separate reservation and align their package to match up with the days that they will be there. That way, they are maximizing their
theme park ticket by only purchasing a ticket for the length of their stay rather than the length of your stay.
Your situation is very similar to one my family experienced a couple of summers back. My family of four was booked with a
dining plan, theme park tickets, and a resort stay. When my sister realized the cost of adding herself later would be the same as if she arrived at the same time, she rearranged her schedule and joined us from the start. There was only one thing holding her back initially, and that was school. I remember her signing into her college video course during a
Character Cavalcade. While she had to stay on mute, she attended class all while in the middle of Disney Magic. Not very practical, but in her words, “worth it".
Kelly, I hope this helps answer your question and gives you a general idea of the options you have. I also recommend
calling Walt Disney World Resort. That way, they can go over prices and possibly additional options since they can see your entire package on their end. I can’t wait for you all to arrive and enjoy everything
Walt Disney World has to offer. Enjoy and if there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to ask!
Magical Memories,
Shantel
