    1) what is the best way to add park hopper pass to my current reservation/ticket? 2)If we want to leave animal kingdom and go to frozen ever after at Epcot in the same day, what would be the best way too get there?

Hi Melissa, and welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with this great question. Let's get you ready to explore the World!

Adding the Park Hopper Option to your tickets is a great way to make the most of your Disney days, and it couldn't be easier to do if you have the My Disney Experience app on your phone. Just hop into the app and look for the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click there, then on "Tickets and Passes." On the next page, you'll see all of the tickets that are linked to your account, with a prompt that will allow you to make changes to each one. That's where you should be able to add the Park Hopper Option to the ticket. When you're finished, you'll be able to pay for the upgrade right in the app. If you have any problems completing your upgrade online, you can always call Guest Relations at the Existing Tickets number and a Cast Member will be happy to take care of it for you.

Okay, now that we've got your Park Hoppers, you're ready to make some plans! And of course, part of those plans will be traveling from one park to another. No worries, Melissa, I've got you covered there, too! To head over to EPCOT from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park using Disney transportation, you'll be hopping aboard a bus. Right now, park-to-park bus transportation starts at around 1:30 p.m., with park hopping scheduled to open at 2 p.m. If park hopping hours change on the day you're visiting, you'll want to check with a transportation Cast Member to verify the time bus service between the parks will begin.

You can also use a ride-sharing service like Lyft or Uber to travel from one park to another if you prefer. Pick-up and drop-off locations are near the front entrance, so you may find it a little more convenient and faster than taking the bus. There's no charge for Disney bus transportation, though, so it's really up to you which way you'd rather go.

I'm so excited for your magical Walt Disney World vacation to begin, Melissa! I hope I was able to help you get your plans "hopping." Have fun, and do come back and see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,
