    Besides calling WDW, can I go online to make a payment on our room reservation?

    Hi, Deanne! Sounds like you have a pixie-dusted adventure planned! I am so glad you decided to stay at a Disney Resort Hotel. There are so many great reasons to stay at one, but my favorite has to be the 60-day FastPass+ access. Considering the travel dates that you submitted to us, it looks like your FastPass+ day is quickly approaching! You may want to make Christmas Eve as an even more special day and take a few minutes that morning to hop on your My Disney Experience mobile app to make those selections. There are lots of FastPass+-enabled attractions in each park, but some of the more popular ones will go quickly. 

    So, let's chat about your room reservation. At this time, only guests with a Disney Resort Vacation Package are able to make payments towards their trip online. Since it looks like you have a room-only reservation, you will need to call the Disney Reservation Center to make a payment towards your room balance. No worries if you are not able to call, as the balance can be paid upon your arrival at the resort on the day you check in to begin your vacation. If you prefer, you can complete Online Check-In and store your credit card information. Then, that card will be charged the room balance in the early morning hours of that magical day. While completing Online Check-In, you can also store your phone number and email to participate in Direct-To-Room Service. You will then receive a message when your room is ready for your arrival. No need to stop by the Front Desk!
