Hi Bernie! Thx for answering my ??'s! Doing MBBBQ 11/12 6:30. Staying @ ASMovies. Will have a car. Want to do pony rides before dinner & then go to MK for parade/fireworks at 9:00 after dinner. What is the best way to do this, transporation wise? Confu

    Hi Candace!

If you know you are going back to the Magic Kingdom after dinner, then I suggest going to the Magic Kingdom before heading over to Fort Wilderness.  You can either take the bus from the All Stars or just drive to the Magic Kingdom's parking lot.  Once you get to the Magic Kingdom, don't actually go into the park (unless you're going early in the day).  Instead, head to the boat dock and catch the boat that runs directly between Fort Wilderness and the Magic Kingdom.  Then you can explore Fort Wilderness and go on the pony ride, etc.  After dinner, you just need to take the boat back to the Magic Kingdom.  It's a really fun and relaxing journey.  It's much better than driving to Fort Wilderness, parking, and then switching to their internal bus system to get to Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

My recommendation would be to leave the driving to Disney and take the bus from the All Stars  to the Magic Kingdom.  I only give this advice for the Magic Kingdom.  When you want to go anywhere else, I recommend driving your own car!  It's much faster and easier in my opinion.
