Bernie, Thanks for all your help. I will take your advise and reserve for december at Disney´s Art of Animation Resort. But, With a babygirl of 2 and a 8 year old boy, should I also buy tickets for water parks in december? or Resort Pools should be e

    Hi Tatyana!

Thank you for sending me another question directly.  I really appreciate it!

I suggest not purchasing the Water Park Fun & More option ahead of time.  Even though my two boys absolutely love Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach and want to visit one on every trip, my recommendation would be to wait until you are at Walt Disney World and then, if you want to go, to buy a single day ticket for a water park.  Below is my reasoning:
    • Walt Disney World has a lot to offer with just the theme parks, resorts, and Downtown Disney to explore
    • While I think your 8 year old would have a great time at either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach, I'm not so sure about your 2 year old (or you if you will have to hold your 2 year old most of the time).
    • The weather could be too cold to really enjoy the water parks; while the water parks are heated, you still have to get out of the water at some point and the air might be too cold to make that comfortable.
    • The Art of Animation Resort has a fabulous pool.  That may be all the water time you need!
    • I would only purchase the Water Park Fun & More option if you are planning to make two trips to the water parks; otherwise, it is less expensive just to buy a one time ticket on the day you want to visit.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
