Hi Bernie - we are staying at Poly Club level. Do we tip concierge desk folks? Also, we have tip envelopes for Mousekeeping. Do we also tip nightly turndown? If so, how to separate from Mousekeeping since we will not return to room during the day. Thx!

    HI Leslie!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Tipping is not required for Mousekeeping, Concierge Cast Members, or for the nightly turndown service.  However, that said, I always tip Mousekeeping at Walt Disney World and housekeeping every where else I travel.  I suggest just a couple of dollars for Mousekeeping though I usually put in more if the room is a mess, something my children seem to excel at!  Usually there is a card from Mousekeeping in your room and I usually put that card on the bed with a few dollars on it.  If they do a really great job, such as making towel animals that incorporate some of my childrens' toys, plush characters, etc then I usually write a thank you note as well.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
