Bernie, I can see by the photos that CSR looks to have flat screen tvs and looks to be renovated, is that the case? Also, in terms of renovations, has CBR been renovated? I returned a few montsh ago from our visit at POR and it was a little old. Thought

    Hi Derren!

The last time Coronado Springs Resort was completely renovated was back in 2009, but there has been some small upgrades since then.  It's a nice place to stay if you have a car!  I think it's a little too big, if you have to rely on Disney transportation.

The last time Caribbean Beach Resort was completely renovated was back in 2008.  However, a lot of the rooms have been re-themed since then and so those rooms are fairly up to date.  I definitely only recommend staying here if you have a car, as this is a very large and spread out resort.  However, many guests (even those without cars which are the majority) absolutely love it!

My favorite Disney Moderate Resort is Port Orleans Riverside.  I absolutely love the Alligator Bayou section of the resort.  I really love the landscaping and the theming of Alligator Bayou.  I'm not a huge fan of the mansion style buildings at the resort.  Between the three resorts, my first choice would be Port Orleans Riverside, followed by Coronado Springs Resort, and then Caribbean Beach Resort.  However, other panelists would give you a different opinion, except Port Orleans Riverside was selected as our favorite Moderate Resort in an unofficial poll of the panel a little while ago!

    Good luck with your decision!
