    Hi Bernie. I am following up on my question regarding Disney gift cards to make food/drinks purchases. Would I be better off purchasing a Visa gift card? I want to put aside a set amount for extra drinks/snacks not covered by our dining plan. Thanks!

    Thank you for sending me this question directly.  I really appreciate it.

    You are pretty safe going with a Disney Gift Card as most places take it at Walt Disney World.  However, if you want to guarantee that ever place will take something then I would suggest going with a Visa gift card.  You definitely won't have any problems with that.
