What are the benefits of joining d23?

    Hi there, Monica!

Thanks so much for checking in!

As a charter member of D23, I can tell you that membership offers wonderful perks.

Both Gold and Silver members receive a membership card and certificate, suitable for framing, hand-drawn by Tony Anselmo (the voice of Donald Duck!!). And both levels of membership receive the year's exclusive gift (2011's gift is a Bandleader Mickey watch with leather band).

There are members-only opportunities for merchandise, discounts on special events, collectibles, and other goodies, and, of course, discounted admission to the huge D23 Expo, this year held in Anaheim. And as a member, you are automatically subscribed to the bi-weekly digital newsletter, the D23 FanFare.

Did I mention the PINS? D23 offers several limited edition, members-only pins throughout the year. The only way to get one of these beauties is to join - and both tiers are eligible for the purchasing.

And there are D23 events periodically offered at Walt Disney World right here in Florida, where Gold and Silver members can connect and share their love of all things Disney!

Gold members receive the quarterly magazine, which is absolutely gorgeous. The pieces range from the historical to the future of the Walt Disney Company. There's a lot of insider information, too: details and stories not often brought to the general public. This substantial publication will take a while to savor, and then becomes a beautiful piece for the coffee table!

I've been very happy with my membership to D23. The magazine is incredible, and I've taken advantage of some of the merchandising offers to expand my collection of pins and uncommon Disney tees. It's well worth the cost to say that you are an official member of the Mickey Mouse Club!

Drop me a line and let me know what you decide to do.

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
