What is the benefit of checking in online at your resort versus regular checkin when you arrive? Can you make room requests at this time? Can you ask for early check-ins or late check-outs?

Hi Danielle! By doing the early check-in on line you will usually bypass a lot of time waiting in lines when you arrive at your resort. They will have your packet ready to go and the check-in time for those that have previously done it is a minimum.

You can make room requests prior to arrival but generally it is kept to whether you want a room in a certain location versus an actual room number.  You can also call to put this request on your reservation by calling the reservation number.  407-WDISNEY. Sometimes when you request a specific type or location of a room you will be waiting until it is cleaned and cleared. If you don't care about a room you can request the first available when you check in.  Late check-outs are not often given if it is a busy time and can only be done once you are there. Generally they might be able to give you an hour and maybe two but not for more then that. All resorts will be glad to hold your luggage during the day if you need to check out of the room.
