I see that bellservice will hold luggage until room is ready for those of us arriving early. Do we need to make arrangements earlier than the day we arrive? Do we have to come back to the hotel at check in time or will the hotel deliver bags to room?

    Hi Lamenda,

The cast members at Walt Disney World resorts make it as easy as possible for guests to begin enjoying their vacation right away!  When you arrive at the resort, you'll want to check-in.  There is even the remote possibility that a room will be ready for you; however, if you have a cell phone, you can request to be called when your room is available.

Then head over to bell services.  Give them your bags, and they'll do the rest.  We have gone off and played in the parks and returned to find our bags waiting for us.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
