Will Bell Services transfer my luggage from Coronado Springs to the Dolphin/Swan hotels?

Howdy, Kara! Thanks for dropping by planDisney with another great question!

I'm so excited for you to enjoy a split stay during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation later this year! It's such a fabulous way to enjoy all the Walt Disney World has to offer, and who doesn't love a change of scenery, right?!

Unfortunately, since Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is not a part of the Disney Resorts Collection, Bell Services will not be able to take care of that luggage transfer for you. While I know this isn't the news you were hoping to hear, I do have a solution for you that I think will work well. I would recommend using a ride share service, like Lyft, to move your belongings from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort over to Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. While there is a cost associated with this, it would be a very short journey (about five minutes, give or take), so the fare shouldn't be too bad! I have done this in the past, and it works quite well and won't take much time at all. Then, you can drop your belongings at your new home and be on your way to enjoy another day of magic!

Kara, I also wanted to make sure that you are familiar with the super convenient Direct-To-Room-Service available when checking in for your stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. This complimentary service makes checking in an absolute breeze, as it allows you to skip the check-in counter and go directly to your room as soon as ready.

All you need to do is complete the Online Check-In process in your My Disney Experience app before you arrive. To do this, open the menu on the bottom right corner of your My Disney Experience app and click on "Resort Hotel." From there, you should see the option to complete your Online Check-in. Then, on the day you arrive, you'll get real-time updates on the status of your room and will be notified as soon as it is ready for you! You can even view your room number and unlock the door all from your My Disney Experience app! How cool is that?

Kara, I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! Please visit us if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation!

    Have a magical day!
