Will bell services transfer luggage from Art of Animation to Swan Reserve?

    Hello Qiyun,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

It really sounds like you’re going to have two vacations in one during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort! First, you’ll get to enjoy the vibrant, colourful and just plain FUN theming at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, followed by a more laid back and sophisticated vibe at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve hotel. I haven’t had the chance to stay at the Swan Reserve yet but, from what I’ve seen during my brief visits there, it looks like a beautiful and luxurious place to call “home” for a few nights.

From what I understand, for the moment, Bell Services at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, including Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, can’t transfer luggage to the Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin or Swan Reserve hotels. That said, you aren’t out of options! I’d recommend ordering a taxi or a rideshare car when you’re ready to check out of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and then head straight over to the Swan Reserve with your luggage. Even if your room isn’t ready yet, they should be able to hold and store your luggage while you head out to the Theme Parks for some fun or while you enjoy your new hotel’s amenities.

I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect holiday for you and your family. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
