Hi there Kristin!
Welcome to
planDisney, where we love to help you orchestrate the perfect vacation. Thanks for tuning in to discuss your upcoming getaway at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort. You must be so excited that your adventure is only a few weeks away. Let's rock and roll with your arrival plans.
If you arrive at your resort before your room is ready, no worries!
Bell Services has you covered. After counting and tagging your items, a Cast Member will give you a ticket you will use to claim your bags. If you've completed the online check-in and are eligible for
direct-to-room service, you will receive a text or e-mail when your room is prepared. Head to your new home, and once you are settled, please press the button on your phone for Bell Services. Share your room number and claim ticket number, and a Cast Member will typically bring your suitcases to you. In the event of inclement weather or a high number of requests, delivery services may be temporarily suspended; in this case, you can either retrieve your bags yourself or wait until normal operations resume. Updates will be available by calling Bell Services from your in-room phone.
I hope this has helped set the stage for a smooth arrival! If I roll into my
Disney Resorts Collection hotel close to the 3:00 check-in time, I usually stop by the front desk to check on the status of my room. Sometimes, the Cast Member can tell me if my room is just about ready, and when that happens, I usually hang out in the lobby with my bags until I get that magical notification. For the best chance of having your room ready on time or even a bit early, I recommend not making room location requests during online check-in. Instead, select the "before 3 PM" arrival option in the dropdown menu.
Thanks for sending your question to planDisney, Kristin. Hearing from Guests about their Disney vacations is music to our ears! If there's anything else we can do to make your trip even more memorable, don't hesitate to write to us again. It would be no
treble to assist you!
