    Can bell services except scooters from Apple Scooters and groceries from Walmart or do I have to be present for both? Where are the drop off points?

    Hi Janet!

    Soon you will be in Walt Disney World ready to fly with Peter Pan, cruise with yo-ho-ho singing pirates, and indulge in a Dole Whip!

    For a $6.00 fee, Bell Services will accept grocery orders from Walmart and other vendors, hold them, and keep perishable items cold for you until you pick them up or have them delivered to your room. Use your Walt Disney World Resort's address for delivery. You will need to arrange to meet the delivery yourself if you are receiving alcohol or other items that require an id. Disney's All-Star Music Resort is starting a new service this week where delivered items will be dropped off in a locker system. 

    You are welcome to rent a scooter from any vendor you wish, but Walt Disney World Resorts only accept deliveries of ECVs from the preferred provider ScooterBug. If you rent from another vendor, you will need to be present for delivery and pick up and arrange the drop off point directly with the company.
