Can Bell Serves hold our bags if we arrive at our resort early and our rooms not ready?

    Hi Aquila! Welcome to planDisney!

You must be thrilled that your Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay is only days away! It's time to bring the suitcases out of storage, get your packing list prepared, and dream of all the fun you are about to have!

I am happy to let you know that, yes, Bell Services will be happy to hold your luggage when you arrive! In fact, my family does this almost every trip. We like to get an early flight to our happy place so we can begin enjoying our vacation right away which means our room usually isn't ready quite yet. We also have them hold our bags when we check out but have a few hours before our departure.

When you arrive at your resort, simply stop by Bell Services to have them hold your luggage, then you can either pick it up when you return or call them from your room when you are there and ask them to bring your luggage to the room. We always make sure to have some cash on hand to tip the Cast Members that assist with our luggage and I know it is appreciated!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Aquila! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
