It sounds as though you are eligible to be a
Legacy Passholder. Those who held an active Annual Passport on March 14, 2020 are now Legacy Passholders. I hope that you were able to resolve your issue before your visit last week. The good news is that the program has been extended so you may be able to use it on your next visit. Both my wife and I had this issue and we were able to use the chat function on the Disneyland Mobile App to get it resolved. It was very easy and the Cast Member was able to add it to both of our accounts.
