believe it or not i'm planning a trip for october for 4 families. one will include 2 adults w/5 children ages ranging from 1-9. another w/3 adults and a 5yo, plus 2 more families w/2 adults. no camp ground--staying 5 days--want to stay together! help!

Hi, Kathy,  You have quite a group you are organizing for your October trip!  With a total of 9 adults and 6 kids, I don't know of a resort that can accommodate all of you together.

One option would be booking 2 - two bedroom villas in a Deluxe Villa Resort.   Each suite sleeps up to 8 guests and will have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, and a full kitchen.   Click HERE to see the list of the Deluxe Villa Resorts.

The other option, and the option I recommend,  would be to start by calling a Grand Gathering Travel Planner at 407-934-7639.  They can give you advice and guidance on your planning, and can help with the booking of your rooms.  If you choose to do individual rooms by family, they can arrange it so your rooms will be adjacent to each other.    The Travel Planners will also help with dining reservations and let you know of all the special activities available only to those who are participating in a Grand Gathering.

I hope all the families in your gathering have a great vacation!  They are lucky to have you to organize it for them!
