Hello! Currently I have 2 Believe Keys and 1 Inspire. I am looking into upgrading all to inspire next year. Since they all come in with free Parking, can I combine all 3 free parking to a preferred? Cause realistically, my kids won’t drive their own cars.

Hi Krisha, and welcome to planDisney! My kids and I are Magic Key holders as well – I’ve actually been considering upgrading their passes, too!

Krisha, isn't it great that the Inspire Key includes standard parking? To me, it feels like a little sprinkling of pixie dust at the start of each visit. There are certain restrictions that come with the parking benefit – according to the Magic Key Terms and Conditions, it is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. You cannot substitute or combine multiple passes to receive a different parking benefit, such as Preferred Parking. I'm sorry if this news comes as a Bibbidi Bobbidi Bummer.

You can, however, pay the difference to upgrade to Preferred Parking at the parking facility toll booth. These spaces are located closer to escalators and elevators at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and Pixar Pals Parking Structure, or closer to the buses at the Toy Story Parking Area. Just ask the Cast Member after you pull up to the booth. Please note that Preferred Parking spaces are limited in quantity and subject to availability.

Krisha, the Inspire Key offers slightly higher dining and merchandise discounts, as well as fewer blockout dates. Compare each pass and review the Park Reservation Availability Calendar to determine which Magic Key pass best suits the different members of your family.

Make sure to take advantage of the seasonal extras and experiences available to Magic Key holders. There may be complimentary keepsakes offered on a limited basis throughout the year – I have a cloth tote, poster, Mickey and Pluto pin, buttons, and other fun mementos around the house. You can visit the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland mobile app or the "Extras Unlocked" page on the Disneyland website to stay in the know. The Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account and the Disney Parks Blog are two other great resources.

Krisha, I hope you and your kids continue to make magical memories together at the Disneyland Resort. If you think of any other questions, please reach out. We're always happy to help at planDisney!

    Your pal,
