Do you believe February 26 - March 2, 2014 would be a low crowd time to visit a few Disney Parks? Also, any recommendations for a very allergy-friendly place to stay that must have full kitchen to accommodate multiple life-threatening food allergies?

    Hi Lori -

I think that February 26th-March 2nd is a good time to visit. It won't be completely slow, but it's between most school breaks so it shouldn't be overly crowded.

In my opinion, all of the Walt Disney World resort hotels are excellent with food allergies. My daughter is allergic to tree nuts and my nephew is allergic to dairy, eggs, nuts, meat, chicken, and soy and they were still able to accommodate both of them. I recommend that you let them know about the allergies whenever you book dining reservations. A chef will come over to you to discuss options, and they can definitely make something that you can eat. Check out the special dietary request page on the Disney website for more information.

    Have a great vacation!
