It's exciting to plan a Walt Disney World vacation! You're so right that there's lot of magic to see and do and experience. What's great, I think, is that you're giving yourself plenty of time to plan well and to have some fun doing the planning.

I always suggest starting out with requesting the Free Planning Videos. The videos offer a really helpful and fun overview of the theme parks, their attractions, and their entertainment. You can get to see suggestions tailored for you and your family. I also suggest the newly introduced Tickets & Visit Guide that presents "something for everyone" suggestions, whether you're a first-time visitor, a thrill seeker, a food lover, vacationing as adults, or vacationing with little ones. What I especially like about the Tickets & Visit Guide is that it shares tips and advice from the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

As for things to focus on, here are a few quick tips. Staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel offers lots of benefits, including Extra Magic Hours that provide more time to enjoy the parks. I always feel adding in a Character Dining experience like Chef Mickey's makes for memorable moments. And I never miss a chance to take in the nighttime fireworks spectaculars and park parades.
