Hello, Rosa! It sounds like you might be planning a first-ever Walt Disney World Resort trip! Let's get you started! As my friend Peter Pan says, "Here we goooo!"
It appears that you have decided to make a visit in April for a spring getaway! Now that you know the time of year you are visiting, the next thing that you need to do is decide where to call "home!" The Walt Disney World Resort offers resort hotels in the
value,
moderate, and
deluxe categories. My favorite value resort is Disney's Art of Animation Resort! Topping my list of moderate resorts is Disney's Coronado Springs Resort - Gran Destino Tower! And, if staying in a deluxe resort fits your style, than I recommend Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, or Disney's Riviera Resort! There are over 20 resorts to choose from covering all three budget categories!
What would a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth be without
the Disney Parks?! You should decide how many days of your trip you want to spend visiting the Disney Parks. There are four parks:
Magic Kingdom Park,
Disney's Hollywood Studios,
EPCOT, and
Disney's Animal Kingdom! Visit the website for each park to decide which parks appeal most to you! Of course, you can always decide to visit all four theme parks!
Finally, in the initial planning phase, you will want to decide where you will settle the cravings of your stomach! The Walt Disney World Resort has some
excellent dining experiences. Guests are able to make advanced dining reservations 60-days prior to their arrival date! With an April arrival date planned, you are now within your window to make reservations! Explore the delicious options that await you! There are dining experiences within the parks, the resort hotels, and at Disney Springs!
Oh, by the way, always check the
special offers that the Walt Disney World Resort is currently offering Guests! We can almost always find a special offer for any time of the year! Even better news is that many offers can be applied to an existing reservation! To do this, click on one of the offers that interests you. When the page opens, look to the right and you will see a box that reads, "Have an existing reservation?" Click that box and see how much money you can save on your magical vacation!
Rosa, as you continue your planning, come back to planDisney! My fellow panelists and I love to offer advice to Guests! Also, you can always talk to a friendly Disney Cast Member by calling (407)-939-5277! They are so knowledgeable when it comes to helping Guests plan their vacations!
