I can begin making advance dining reservations on January 21st. I will have to get up early to call at 7am eastern time right? I was mainly wondering if I can do it online in January 21st before 7am, like maybe 12 midnight, it will technically the 21st?

Hi Shannon! Technically the on line dining reservations are also to be done no earlier then 7:00am. You might find that you can get on sooner by an hour but most likely they will keep it close to the same time.

One of the things we do when making dining reservations is call using the land line and also call using a cell phone to see which will get through the quickest. Don't waste a lot of time talking and just announce the most important reservation to be made first. Be prepared and prioritize your list so you won't be disappointed. Unfortunately I think we all have had a dining issue along the way when making our reservations and we just head into it knowing we can only do the best we can.
