    Hi, when can you begin customizing wristbands? Also l live in England so bands won't be sent to us before trip so when l am asked for delivery address what do l put in box to say where to deliver too

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Since I am from Brazil, I can help you with that question because they don't ship MagicBands internationally. When customizing your MagicBands, don't change the address and leave it the way that appears. That way Disney knows that you are going to receive them only at your Disney's Resort at your check-in time. The address won't be the address of your resort. Never mind and don't change it because it's from a Disney's main office. Through My Disney Experience, you will be able to select different colors like the newest one, purple and you can assign a favorite Disney's Character to every member of your family. You have to customized them one month prior to your trip or you will receive them in grey. If it's your first time at WDW, I highly recommend for you to purchase Memory Maker because you will want to have all the photos including the ride ones too.
