Is the begging of June very packed?

Hi Rosalinda, and welcome to planDisney!

I am so happy to see that you may be planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort this summer! June is a great time to visit, and you will love every minute of the magic.

The start of June is when my family and I tend to visit each year. We love the weather (despite the occasional rain showers). The crowds at the beginning of June haven’t been too bad (in my experience); however, we have experienced increased crowds deeper into June. Do not worry if the crowds are present because there are ways to maneuver and maximize your time at the theme parks.

I recommend starting your day early so that you can leave about noon to grab a bite to eat, take a nap, or visit Disney Springs. Later in the evening, return to the theme parks to enjoy the rest of the day when the temperatures have cooled off a bit.

Also, Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ are great tools to have at your fingertips, so you will not be disappointed. Disney Genie makes recommendations for you to follow to make the best use of your day with personalized daily itineraries. Disney Genie+ is a paid feature that allows you to select the next return time of a select attraction to make use of the Lightning Lanes. Once you have redeemed your initial selection, you can make your next eligible selection using your My Disney Experience app and continue throughout your day.

We would love to help you plan for your June vacation; just let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
