I have a few suggestions that might help assist you in locating your past payments, Annalee. First, if you don't already have it, download the
MyDisneyExperience app on your smartphone device. Open the app and sign in. Next, click on the three horizontal bars on the right-hand side of the screen. Then, you should see a menu pop up and you'll want to look for and select "My Plans". Hopefully, from there, you'll be able to see your past reservation and all of the details there. However, depending on how long ago this was, this information may no longer be available on the app. If that is the case, then you'll need to go ahead and call Guest Services at 407-824-2222 and have a friendly Cast Member assist you. They will more than likely be able to see your past payment history and help you from there.
