are there any 1 bedroom suites with theme park view in the contemporary main tower?

Hello Kathleen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Disney's Contemporary Resort is surprisingly, both of my kid’s favorite Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. With the extraordinary dining locations in The Wave...Of American Flavors, California Grill and Chef Mickey's, the  magnificent shopping opportunities and sprawling video arcade or the close proximity to Magic Kingdom there are a lot of things that make Disney's Contemporary Resort a magical “home  away from home”.

Disney's Contemporary Resort does indeed have a small number of 1-bedroom suites available with a view of Magic Kingdom and the nightly Happily Ever After Fireworks Spectacular. If memory serves, the number of 1-bedroom suites with Magic Kingdom view is as few as three, so I recommend planning well in advance of your Walt Disney World resort vacation in order to book one of these high demand locations.

Be sure to take advantage of the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage that disembarks from Disney's Contemporary Resort several times a week. This magical tour provides of you of the Happily Ever After Fireworks Spectacular that is only rivaled by the view from your balcony at Disney's contemporary resort.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
