Are bed rails available at Port Orleans French Quarter and how do I go about requesting them if so? Traveling with two small children~2 under 2.

    Hello Rebekka,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It is truly magical to experience Walt Disney World through the eyes of your children, but traveling with little ones takes a lot of planning.

You'll be happy to know that bed rails are available and complimentary at all Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. You can simply call the Front Desk from your hotel room or request them when you check in; however, they are available on a first come, first served basis. You can always contact Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and have Cast Member make a note on your reservation. By doing that, it's possible that they will be set up before your arrival, but if not, don't worry. Simply call the Front Desk and a Cast Member will come set them up.

Since you're traveling with little ones, be sure to locate the Baby Care Centers in each park. These fully staffed locations are an oasis for families with small children, providing a quiet space for feeding, changing diapers, or just taking a quiet break from the excitement of the parks.

Hope this helps. Enjoy planning your visit to The World's Most Magical Celebration!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
