I have become absolutely addicted to your panel this week! So excited for our trip! I am waiting to book our package in hopes of Feb discounts, but when I do, do we get info, maps, etc in the mail? If not, how do I get some for my kids to look through?

    Hi Sarah!

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to order park maps through the mail.  However, I do have a recommendation which is to purchase the book "The Complete Walt Disney World" by Julie and Mike Neal.  It is a great book for fist time visitors as it is full of information, but is not overwhelming.  It is also a beautiful book full of color photographs.  It will give you and your children a good feel for everything there is to do at Walt Disney World.  The book also has the park layouts in addition to great tips and strategies.

You mention that you are waiting for discounts in February which makes me assume you are heading then.  Be sure to make Advance Dining Reservations.  You can make them before booking a package; you can just tie the reservations to a telephone number.  ADRs can be made online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.  They are critical for getting into the popular Table Service restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
