Jeanette, once you purchase, link, and activate your
Annual Pass, your MagicBand should show up as ready to be customized in your
My Disney Experience, under MagicBands and Cards. Simply sign in to your account, select
MagicBands & Cards and search for your MagicBand to customize and follow the prompts to pick the color and add your preferred name to it. Before you know it, you’ll be receiving magical mail with your shiny MagicBand loaded with Annual Passholder pixie dust.
If you don’t see it when you log in or you have any hiccups customizing it, reach out to Disney’s Internet Help Desk at 407-939-4357 where a savvy cast member will be able to access your account and help you.
One last Pro-Tip! Bookmark the
AP special benefits and discounts page on your smart device so you can access it when you are visiting and take advantage of all the magical deals exclusive to Annual Passholders.
