I'm so sorry that you haven't received your Welcome Package as a Magic Key Charter Member. The package should have been sent approximately eight weeks after your purchase date. Because you haven't received it, please call (714) 781-7277 to inquire about an update on its status.

The good news is that you are a Magic Key Holder and the magic awaits you! I hope you have been able to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park since becoming a Magic Key holder. Many of the nighttime spectaculars have returned and they are not-to-be-missed!
