    With Beauty and the Beast coming to theaters, will they be spot lighting Belle around the park? We plan to visit in May and were curious. Thank you

    Hi there, Jodi! I cannot wait for the new Beauty and the Beast movie!! Belle is my favorite Disney character and I think this new movie is going to be phenomenal.

    I haven't heard any official plans to spotlight Belle in the parks, but if they do plan to have some special meet and greets available, the Disney Parks Blog will definitely be one of the first places to announce that news. Otherwise, you can usually meet Belle at Royal Hall in Fantasy Faire and she often makes appearances at Ariel's Grotto if you happen to dine there for breakfast or lunch. Don't forget to take in an abbreviated stage show of Beauty and the Beast at the Royal Theatre. This fun storytelling experience is a hoot for all ages!

    There is also a new shop that is currently featuring Beauty and the Beast merchandise (both from the animated movie and the new live-action movie). The Royal Reception shop is located near the exit of Pinocchio's Daring Journey in Fantasyland.
