Which of the beaches at Disney World is the most pre-school/toddler friendly? We're taking the grandchildren, with the youngest 2yr old, a 4 yr old a 6 yr old and the oldest at eight yr old. Help us make a safe but fun event for them. Thanks,

    Hello there Sandy!

OK I wasn't going to do it, but I have to say it, I think it's so cute that you are asking a questions about the beaches at Walt Disney World and your name is Sandy. It's just too cool!

OK, glad that is out of the way! I have been to a couple of beaches, the one at the Polynesian Resort and at the Grand Floridian Resort. Both beaches are fantastic with beautiful white sand. I think all of the resorts that have beaches are great. The only thing is that while it's a beach, there is no swimming in the lakes. The kids can frolic in the water but they will not be allowed to go more than knee deep. The pools are a great place to swim if they want to do that and the lifeguards are really good about keeping everyone safe. I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away! We are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
