Hi! Its my 13 b-day on pres. wknd and we are going to MK. Here's the problem: I have a season pass but it got washed. I have fragments of it. Is there any way I can get a new ticket w/o paying again? It'll ruin my b-day plans if not.

    Katy,
Let me see if I can help get your season pass replaced so your birthday plans don’t get washed away too!

Annual (season) pass holders have tickets that are easier to replace. If you show identification, you should be able to get your season pass replaced when you visit Guest Relations.

Remember it’s always a good idea to photocopy the back of your ticket and to keep your receipt.

To wash your worries good-bye, call (407) 560-PASS and inquire what you’ll need to do to get your season pass replaced.

Keep those fragments safe, just in case. I believe a Cast Member at Guest Relations should be able to salvage your pass (and your birthday plans) on your next visit. Happy Birthday!
