DH, DS (4) and I are going to BC Dec 10 -17, with DP. Wondering how hard it is to get to other resorts for table service dining, or is it better to book table service near BC. Any suggestions?

    Hi Karen,

Beach Club is one of my favorite resorts!  It's location makes it super convenient to dine at restaurants located on the Boardwalk or in both Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

As far as getting to restaurants in other resorts.  There are some that are easier to get to than others.  Any restaurant located in the Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Contemporary or Wilderness Lodge is really easy to get to.  Simply take the bus from your resort to Magic Kingdom.  From there, you can hop on a boat or monorail to get to the resort quickly.  There's even a walkway to the Contemporary.  When we dine at these restaurants, we usually spend the rest of our evening at Magic Kingdom.

Restaurants at other resorts, like Animal Kingdom Lodge, are a little less convenient.  You need to go to a park or Downtown Disney and then transfer buses to the resort of your choice.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
