Welcome back to planDisney, Cheryl! We love to see a returning guest even more than Buzz Lightyear loves Star Command.
Now, Cheryl, this question is close to my heart as my Mom will be traveling with my family next month in a separate room at
Disney's Riviera Resort. Just this week I
called into Member Services to request that our rooms be on the same floor. Cheryl, since there is not an option to make this request via
Online Check-In, you will need to call and speak to a Cast Member. If you are not a Disney Vacation Club Member you can
call into the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line. Please keep in mind that while Cast Members do their best to accommodate, requests can't be guaranteed.
