Do the bathrooms in AK's Jambo House have whirlpool tubs and separate showers similar to Kidani? If we have a room booked at Kidani, can we use the pool at Jambo and is there much shade at the Kidani pool area?

Hi Robin! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. YES. Even though Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House is the original hotel and was not built specifically for Disney Vacation Club like Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village the bathrooms do have a walk-in shower and freestanding tub with air bubble jets.

As a guest at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge you can use both Uzima Pool and Samawati Springs Pool. Both offer zero entry but Uzima is larger and may offer more areas of shade. I prefer Samawati because it's not as busy and my kids love the water playground at Uwanja Camp.

Be sure to try Boma - Flavors of Africa at Jambo House. The African themed cuisine offers a tasty variety of exciting foods plus some classics guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

Wishing you and your family a magical and memorable Disney vacation!
