On the basic ddp when we are at a table service and order an entree and it says example add shrimp 6.99 to your entree. Will that be counted as part of the dp entree and if not is it possible to pay it out of pocket if it is not included Thanks

    Hi, Sandy!

The way most of the entrees are are on the menu, they will already include any "extras" such as "pasta with shrimp."   The servers will do whatever they can to have your favorite meal prepared as you like it.  If at any time you want to add anything that is not included with the Disney Dining Plan (for example, you want to add on an appetizer) you certainly may do so and it will simply be added on to your bill.

The entrees are usually prepared so beautifully, and there is so much food, rarely do we add anything on just because we simply can't finish it!  But, when you do, it will not be a problem.   Your server will happily walk you through the menus and answer any questions you have about the selections.

Enjoy Walt Disney World and I hope you have some great meals with your Dining Plan!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
