    Hi ! Based on the recent covid trend that Florida has, is the park planning additional measures or even closing ???? I can’t find an answer on the app or chat

     Welcome to planDisney, Bibiana. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days! 

     I completely understand your concern. I'm pleased to tell you that the Walt Disney World Resort has just updated its safety policy. Beginning on July 30, face coverings will be required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors and while using Disney transportation, regardless of vaccination status. This requirement includes wearing face coverings upon entering and throughout all attractions. You can read more about the health and safety measures being taken in and out of the theme parks by visiting the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. 

     I'm glad you've already downloaded the My Disney Experience mobile app. This handy tool is magic at your fingertips! My favorite feature on the app is the mobile food and beverage ordering feature. Ordering my family's meals and snacks while we're on the go has saved us lots of precious time in the theme parks! You can also use the app to view the Guide to Updated Experiences. Just tap on the purple link on the app home screen that says, "View Details."
