Hi, Shannon! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for stopping by to bring us your question!
Hooray for a Spook-tacular visit to the Walt Disney World Resort during the fall!
I love visiting during the autumn months and getting to enjoy the festive fall and Halloween decorations. And let’s not forget the tastiest festival that ever was! I hope you have a visit planned to taste your way around the world at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival! YUM!
Shannon, you won’t need to use one of your base tickets if you only plan on enjoying Magic Kingdom for
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The party ticket will grant you access to the park a little before the party begins but be sure to find the costumed Cast Members that will be handing out the party bracelets, event park maps, and your trick or treat bags. You don’t want to enter the park before you see them because you might accidentally redeem one of your base theme park ticket days.
The day you are planning on attending the party, I recommend visiting a different park so you get to enjoy even more of the magic during your visit, since you’ll be able to enjoy a ghoulish time at Magic Kingdom that evening!
Have you picked out your not-so-scary costumes yet? One of my favorite things about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is people watching and seeing guest’s creativity in their costumes. I especially love the family ensembles! The more creative, the better!
Be sure to browse the costume guidelines as you plan your outfits for that evening so you can arrive prepared. BOO-to-you and see ya real soon!
