Hey there, Maria! Welcome to planDisney and Welcome Home, my DVC neighbor! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with such a great
Disney Vacation Club question.
Don't you just
love being a DVC Member, Maria?! I know I do! Knowing that my family's next magical adventure is always just around the riverbend is priceless and truly adds joy and excitement to my everyday life. But with Use Years,
banking of Vacation Points and expiration dates, it can sometimes be as confusing as it is magical. But that's what we at planDisney are here for, and I'm more than happy to help!
If you banked your 2021 Vacation Points into your 2022 Use Year, your banked Points expire at the end of your 2022 Use Year. Since you have a March Use Year, your banked Points must be used by February 28, 2023, meaning that your travel must take place by that date. Vacation Points equal magic, so let's make sure that not a single drop goes to waste!
If you think that you may not be able to travel and use your Points by the end of your 2022 Use Year, I suggest that you
call Member Services to deposit your banked Points into
Interval International. As long as you deposit your Points at least 45 days before they expire, you can extend the life of your Points by up to two years for future travel! How awesome is that?! May no Point be left behind, Maria!
I hope this was helpful, Maria, and I hope you stop by any time with any planning or DVC questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me!
Adventure is out there!
