We banked our intro 160 pts in Jan. Do we have to use those in the next year or lose them? We're confused how long points can be banked before they expire. Thanks!!!

    Hi, Michele!

Congratulations on joining the Disney Vacation Club Family! You're going to love your Membership!

Since you banked your introductory Membership points, those points now join your next use year's points and can be used for an even bigger, better vacation in the future!  Keep in mind that you can also borrow your vacation points.  This means that you can extend a vacation by using your next use year's points together with the banked points and even a few borrowed points from the following year.

Once you bank points, however, those points must be used during that use year into which you banked them. You have the entire use year, not calendar year, to use them, so this might open up some possibilities you might not have considered otherwise.

I hope this makes sense and is helpful to you!  Best of luck deciding where and when to travel on your first Disney Vacation Club vacation!  Send me all of your additional questions, should you need a little help!
